AFD Photos Firefighter of Merit
Firefighter of Merit is awarded annually to a member of the fire department in December. This award has particular worth as the recipient is selected by fellow members. Past recipients include:

State Firefighter of the Year
Two of our members were appointed State Firefighter of the Year at the Annual State Firefighters Convention. Two other members were named first runner up for this prestigious award.
